How does it work?
Preparation, responses and agent follow-up are connected.
Create the campaign
Prepare a draft with a name, code, description, time zone and working window.
Add your targets
Select targets from customer records, pasted numbers or a CSV import. Unsuitable records are filtered out.
Prepare the audio
Upload a WAV or MP3 file. A campaign cannot start until audio is validated and ready.
Collect keypad responses
Configure one interest key. Matching input is recorded as a positive response. The default key is 1.
Create leads
Turn a positive DTMF response into a lead linked to the customer and campaign.
Assign to an agent
Assign the lead to an agent. Follow-up appears in the agent’s calling queue as a voice campaign record.
